Quality
In our technical testing laboratory, we carry out comprehensive material and geometric inspections to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
These include metallographic sectioning analyses, hardness profile and core hardness testing, quenching and tempering checks, thread carburization testing, as well as coating thickness measurements.
For dimensional and geometric inspection, we use modern optical and tactile measuring systems. Thread inspections are additionally carried out using gauges. All testing and measuring equipment is regularly calibrated and monitored to ensure precise, reproducible and reliable measurement results.
OUR APPROACH TO QUALITY
Before production even begins, we check the drawing, material, tolerances and surface finish for feasibility. Critical functional dimensions and fits are clarified together with you before manufacturing starts.
In-process inspections are carried out on the basis of item-specific inspection plans.
The characteristics to be inspected, along with the measuring and inspection equipment required for this purpose, are available at every workstation.
This ensures that quality requirements are met throughout the entire production process.
Every production batch undergoes an outgoing goods inspection in accordance with a defined inspection plan prior to shipment.
The tests performed and the measurement results are documented and archived. To ensure traceability, retained samples of each batch are also kept on file.
