You receive all services from a single source – from the production of individual components and the procurement of standard and purchased parts through to professional final assembly. Our in-house manufactured CNC turned and CNC milled parts are assembled together with purchased components such as seals, screws, retaining rings, bearings or other standard parts to form a complete assembly.

We have been continuously certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 2008 (TÜV NORD, Reg. No. 44 100 121704), and additionally to DIN EN ISO 14001 since 2024. Both certificates cover the development, design and sale of custom parts to customer drawing.

For a reliable quotation, we need the technical drawing or assembly drawing, the parts list, the desired materials, the quantity, surface finishes or coatings, the scope of assembly, the target delivery date and – if applicable – any inspection requirements.
Preferred file formats are STEP/STP for 3D assemblies, DXF for 2D drawings and PDF for general and dimensional drawings. A sample part, a hand sketch or an existing assembly to be modified are also sufficient to get started – we will work out the final specification together with your engineering team, as your supplier.
Don’t have a drawing or sketch yet? Get in touch anyway – we are happy to come on board as early as the design phase and provide support with material selection, design and assembly concept. If any information is missing, we will proactively reach out to you upon receipt rather than delaying the quotation.
We supply assemblies from a single unit upwards – from prototypes through first samples to pre-series batches. The economics become attractive once the one-off effort for design, fixtures, assembly jigs and setup is spread across several units; for one-off parts, we therefore rely on a lean assembly strategy rather than production-optimized fixtures.
For ongoing series requirements, we offer coordinated supply models as a supplier, such as framework agreements and consignment call-offs. And if you’re weighing up whether to source individual parts or a ready-to-install complete assembly, we can, on request, cost out both options within the same quotation.
Quality assurance starts long before assembly at our company: we check drawings and parts lists for feasibility and plausibility, qualify the manufacturing and assembly companies involved as suppliers, and define the inspection requirements contractually. Sample inspections take place throughout production; on receipt of goods in Bochum, we check the dimensions, completeness and surfaces of the components and test the finished assembly for function and assembly quality.
Depending on the project, we provide inspection certificates to DIN EN 10204, in grades 2.1, 2.2 or 3.1 – and, for safety-relevant assemblies, also 3.2 with independent acceptance testing. Initial sample inspection reports (PPAP reports to VDA 2 or PPAP), batch-related traceability and declarations of conformity are standard. PATTBERG has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 2008, and additionally to DIN EN ISO 14001 since 2024.
