This is exactly where our strength lies. We manufacture DIN- and ISO-type fasteners in custom versions – based on existing standards, but with individual dimensions and specifications that are not available as standard items.

The relevant standard serves as the starting point, and only the features required by your application are modified. First-off samples are available on request prior to series start.

For a reliable quotation, we require the underlying DIN/ISO/EN standard, the desired deviations (e.g. dimension, length, thread, tolerance), the material, quantity, surface finish or coating, target delivery date and, if applicable, inspection requirements. Preferred file formats are STEP/STP for 3D geometries, DXF for 2D drawings and PDF for overview and dimensional drawings. Simply specifying the standard to be modified is sufficient as a starting point – we will work with you to clarify the final specification. If any information is missing, we will proactively contact you upon receipt rather than delaying the quotation.
Basically any common DIN, ISO or EN standard that is suitable as a starting point – such as screws, bolts, bushings, washers or turned parts. We retain the core geometry of the standard and specifically adapt the features required by your application. If you are unsure whether a particular standard can be modified, simply give us the designation – we will check feasibility.
Possible modifications include altered lengths and diameters, custom threads, tighter tolerances, alternative materials (ranging from carbon steel and stainless steel A2/A4 to special alloys such as Duplex, Inconel or Hastelloy), as well as adapted surfaces and coatings. We determine which modification makes sense based on your application.
