Precision is the foundation of every successful manufacturing process. PATTBERG Maschinenbauteile GmbH produces high-quality CNC turned parts for demanding applications in mechanical engineering and plant engineering, as well as in numerous other industries.
With our modern machine fleet and highly automated production processes, we manufacture components with tight tolerances, high repeatability and excellent surface quality. Our latest-generation CNC lathes are complemented by bar feeders, automated single-chuck systems and three KUKA robots.
This enables the efficient and process-reliable machining of bar stock as well as forgings and larger blanks. The result is economically manufactured precision parts of consistently high quality – from single parts to large-scale series production.

We manufacture CNC turned parts from a wide range of materials – including free-cutting steel, quenched and tempered steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and engineering plastics. For demanding applications, we also process special materials such as duplex steels, titanium, Inconel, or Hastelloy.
Depending on the application, surface treatments, heat treatments, and material certificates can be provided according to customer specifications.
Yes, CNC turned parts can be manufactured with a wide variety of geometries and functional features. These include threads, grooves, slots, chamfers, radii, cross-drilled holes, internal machining features, and complex contours to customer drawing.
Depending on the part geometry, CNC turning, live tooling, or combined turn-mill machining can be used. Even demanding custom geometries and tight tolerances can be produced economically.
