For fast and accurate quotation, we ideally need a technical drawing in PDF format along with CAD data in STEP, DXF, DWG or a comparable format. Additional information on material, quantity, tolerances, surface finish requirements, heat treatments and desired delivery dates is also helpful. The more complete the documentation, the faster we can assess technical feasibility and provide a reliable quote.
We support projects starting from single-part production. In addition to prototypes and first samples, we handle small-batch production, series production and long-term framework contracts. The most economical manufacturing solution depends on geometry, material and quantity.
Depending on the requirements, we use steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, plastics or special materials. For manufacturing, we employ CNC turning, CNC milling, laser cutting, punching, bending, welding and various forming processes, among others. The selection is always based on the technical requirements and economic parameters of your component.
