Production
As a supplier, we combine state-of-the-art production capacities in Germany and Europe into a seamless production process. Various processes form the backbone of the supply chain.
CNC Turning
Multi-axis turning centers for bolts, shafts, axles, bushings and sleeves. Materials: steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metal. Tolerances IT 7 to IT 9 — standard. IT 6 in combination with grinding.
CNC Milling
Machining centers for prismatic components, custom fixtures, and engineered parts with tight tolerances. Economical from single-part production to series production. Materials: all common steels and aluminum.
Hot forming
and closed-die forging
Forging presses and hot-forming processes for custom bolts up to M64 as well as high-strength forgings. Advantage: denser microstructure, higher fatigue strength than with purely machined parts.
