High-quality Manufacturing: From Forging to Final Machining
The flange bolt was forged from robust quenched and tempered steel and heat-treated to a tensile strength of 1300 N/mm². Following the complete mechanical processing through turning and milling, the bolt was ground to a fit of 8 µ. This finishing step ensures the reliability and longevity required in marine applications, especially in ship engines.
